Exchanges And Returns

Listen up, pups!

If you've got some gear from our brand that just isn't quite working out, don't worry.

You've got 30 days from the day of delivery to bark up our tree and let us know.

Just make sure the goods you're returning haven't been used as a chew toy and is in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging. 

If you're looking to switch things up, we're happy to do a color or size swap too.

We don't provide free return labels. But don't worry, we've got your back. We recommend using UPS or FedEx for U.S. orders. But feel free to use the courier of your choice. And, don't forget to put tracking on the package to make sure it gets back to our warehouse safe and sound.

Returns will need to be sent back to our address. 

Just include a note with your order number and let us know what you're after.

Also, keep in mind that sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. If you're looking to make an exchange, the fastest way to do it is to return the original item and then make a new purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if your refund has been approved. It usually takes about 10 business days for the refund to show up on your original payment method. If it's been more than 15 business days, give us a bark at contact@dowgpet.com.
